About the event
"This exhibit is to show viewers my interest in expressing the beauty of nature; a moment of light through my landscape paintings and Japanese Pop art. In Japanese Pop art, I would like to introduce viewers to experience the dramatic colors of Ukiyo-e, and Japanese culture with a sense of humor. Ukiyo-e has shaped my view of thinking about abstract paintings into my own unique designs and palette." - Kimiko Donohoe
