Friday, January 12th - Vendor Application is accessible to the general public
 

Tuesday, January 30th, 10am - "First Round" Vendor Applications Deadline
Applications submitted after 10am on January 30th will be reviewed at a later date.

Tuesday, February 6th, end of day - "First Round" Applications Reviews
The Artspace Market vendor application is first come, first served. Applications submitted by January 30th will be reviewed on February 6th. Folks will be notified of their accepted or denied status by the end of the day, Feb. 6th.

February 20th - "Welcome Packet" is emailed
This paperwork will run through the event schedule, and structure, and reiterate terms and agreements

Saturday, 1pm, March 9th- Welcome Packet and $30 table fee due

Mid-March - Postcards and flyers available for pickup in the office

Saturday, March 30th, 1pm - Raffle Donations deadline
The Artspace Market Raffle Table is an annual tradition to further support our mission to provide free and affordable art education and events in Franklin County, at an incredibly low rate of $1 per raffle ticket! Raffle table donations are 100% optional. This year we aim to broaden the table to include community business donations AND to move the table to the "start" of the Market's layout for even higher engagement. Donations can be dropped off during our standard office hours.

Saturday, April 6th - The Artspace Market, whoohoo!
8:30am set up, 3pm tear down, and lots of fun in between

Monday, May 6th - Latest date that checks are mailed to vendors
If you would prefer to pick up your check, please mail us and let us know

Table Holding Fee

Artspace Market - Table Holding Fee

To prevent last-minute gaps in our vendor lineup, we have decided to require all accepted vendors to place a $30 table-holding fee. This $30 fee will be returned to all participating vendors with their Artspace Market Checks.

Accepted vendors who fail to notify Artspace at least 1 week before the Artspace Market of their withdrawal, will not be refunded their $30 holding fee and this will go towards our programming. Emergency withdrawals are understood but need to be communicated as soon as you can.
