July 15 - Teen Watercolor Pet Portraits

Artspace Community Arts Center, second floor art room (stairs**)

Learn the basics of painting in watercolors and create a unique portrait of your animal of choice! Experiment with color and texture to capture the essence of fur, feathers, or scales. We will be working from reference images in this workshop; please print out a photo of your chosen pet or other animal on 8.5x11 inch paper. If possible, enlarge the image so that your animal’s face takes up most of the page.

*If your child is a year or two outside of our age range and you think they would fit well with this workshop, please email our office! **Class will be held in our 2nd floor art studio. ALL art materials are provided!
