Card to Culture

Artspace is proud to participate in Mass Cultural Council's Card to Culture program in collaboration with the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Department of Public Health's WIC Nutrition Program, the Massachusetts Health Connector, and hundreds of cultural organizations across Massachusetts.

This program is designed to make the arts financially accessible to all Massachusetts residents.

If you are an EBT, WIC, or ConnectorCare cardholder, you are eligible for a 50% discount on any Artspace class, program, or workshop. In order to receive this discount, go through the registration process on our website and use the coupon code “Card2Culture” at checkout, which will apply the discount to your registration. Class, program, and workshop registration can be found here!

If it is easier for you to register for classes over the phone, give us a call at 413-772-6811.

CARD TO CULTURE DETAILS:

  • Artspace operates this program on the honor system. You will not be asked to present your card.

  • If a child in your household receives one of the benefits listed above but the adults do not, or vice versa, we consider all members of your household eligible for the Card to Culture discount.

  • Artspace offers Card to Culture discounts for all of our fee-based programs with the exception of certain fundraising events.

  • Artspace rents space on an hourly basis to private artists and other arts organizations for private classes and workshops; Card to Culture discounts for those programs are at the discretion of their organizers.

  • Massachusetts does not provide funding to organizations that participate in Card to Culture; Artspace relies on donations from the community in order to offer reduced tuition.

  • If you are not an EBT, WIC, or ConnectorCare cardholder but seek alternative financial aid, please use code "TuitionDiscount2025" for 25% off programming at checkout.
